In order to be eligible for a return, the clothing item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
Exclusions
While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions to our policy:
- Items that have been altered, damaged, or stained after purchase are not eligible for return.
- Customised orders.
- Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process
If you wish to return a clothing item, please follow these steps:

Shipping Costs

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a clothing item for a different size or colour, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.
