Custom-decorated orders are generally completed in 7–10 business days after payment and artwork approval, subject to garment availability and order size.

For custom decoration, 10+ garments is the standard order quantity. Smaller orders can still be reviewed and may attract an additional per-item charge.

What artwork files do you accept?

Vector AI, EPS, PDF or SVG files are preferred. High-resolution PNG files can also be used, and artwork cleanup can be discussed if needed.
