Big Bee Workwear ("Big Bee", "we", "us" or "our") is operated by GGN Trading Pty Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal information when you visit https://bigbee.com.au, place an order, contact us, request a quote, or otherwise deal with us.
We aim to handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us, as well as other mandatory privacy laws that may apply to particular customers or activities.
2. Shopify hosting and Shopify Network Intelligence
Our online store is hosted by Shopify. When you visit our store, place an order or otherwise interact with the store, Shopify processes personal information on our behalf and, in some circumstances, for its own purposes in connection with providing and improving Shopify services.
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. This means Shopify may process information from your interactions with our store together with information from your interactions with other Shopify merchants and with Shopify to provide services such as fraud prevention, analytics, store performance, personalisation, advertising and other enhanced services.

• payment-related information needed to process a transaction. Full payment card details are generally processed by Shopify and/or the payment provider selected at checkout rather than stored by Big Bee;

• information and files supplied for bulk or custom logo orders, including artwork, logos, names or other details included in those files;
• website and device information, such as IP address, browser or device type, pages viewed, referring pages, cookies and similar technologies; and

We may collect personal information directly from you when you place an order, submit a form, contact us, create an account, request a return, or request a bulk or custom order quote.
