2. Australian seller and place of contracting
Big Bee operates from New South Wales, Australia.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, orders placed through our online store are accepted by GGN Trading Pty Ltd in New South Wales, Australia. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the contract for the sale of goods is formed in New South Wales when we accept the order.
Orders are processed and fulfilled by or on behalf of Big Bee from Australia unless we expressly state otherwise.
3. International sales
Big Bee makes selected products available for delivery to international destinations.
International availability does not mean that every product is designed, certified, approved or labelled for every country in which a customer may receive it.
Unless Big Bee expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific product and destination, our product descriptions, workwear terminology, hi-vis references, reflective tape references, safety information, UPF information, sizing, labelling and compliance statements are prepared primarily for the Australian market.
4. Foreign standards, workplace rules and local compliance
Big Bee does not represent or warrant that a product complies with any foreign workplace rule, PPE rule, hi-visibility requirement, technical standard, certification requirement, labelling rule, import rule or other local regulation outside Australia unless that compliance is expressly stated by Big Bee for that product and destination.
International customers are responsible for checking before purchase whether a product is suitable and lawful for:
• importation into the destination country;
• possession and use in that country;
• resale, if the customer intends to resell it;
• the customer's intended workplace, industry or task; and
• any local safety, PPE, hi-visibility, labelling, certification or other regulatory requirement.
Nothing in this Legal Notice limits any obligation arising from an express representation made by Big Bee about a product.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other local fees.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are imposed by the destination country or service provider and are the customer's responsibility.
Customers are responsible for complying with import restrictions and other destination-country requirements that apply to the goods ordered.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Legal Notice, our Terms of Service or any other Big Bee policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, transactions with Big Bee and contracts formed with GGN Trading Pty Ltd are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Subject to any mandatory law or jurisdiction right that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes relating to the transaction are subject to the courts of New South Wales, Australia and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
